I cannot stress enough how close this sounds to an actual SC-55. It is hard to find these days, and for the most part it doesn't work on modern systems, especially any 64-bit operating systems, but all you need from it is the previously mentioned DLL file, and with mudlord's VST driver I have been able to get it working well on both Win 7 and Win 8 64-bit. No plugin bridge will enable to run 32-bit SOUND Canvas VA on 64bit OS and DAW environments.The best option for this that I have found is to use mudlord's VST driver found on his site along with the VSTi plugin (VSC.dll) from the Roland Virtual Sound Canvas Multi Pack (model VSC-MP1) software synth, which is a an old official Roland product which almost perfectly emulates an SC-55.
